To son Matthew Roberts, 1/2 of farm, purchased of John Meredith.
To son Jonathan Roberts, rem. of farm.
To son John Roberts, 1,500 pds.
To 4 grandchildren: Roberts Moore, Mordecai Moore, Anna Maria Moore, and Hannah Bartholomew Roberts, 25 pds. each, when 18 and to grandsons when they are 21.
To children, books, divided equally.
Rem. of personal estate to my sons Matthew and Jonathan Roberts, equally.
Execs: Sons Matthew of and Jonathan.
Wit: Jonathan Phillips, Jonathan Cleaver, Phineas Phillips.
