Frederick E. Pyle Sr., 87, husband of Myra Farr of Pughtown, died on Wednesday evening, Jan. 13, 2010, in Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Lindley B. and Carrie (Kramer) Pyle.
An avid fox hunter and horseman, Fred was a passionate and longtime member of the Pickering Hunt.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by son, Fred Pyle Jr. and sisters Edie Hackett and Millie Capron.
