Suzanne Hutchinson Burke Biddle of Palm Beach, formerly of Pinehurst, N.C., and Philadelphia, and widow of the late Livingston Ludlow Biddle II, died Saturday, May 6, 2000, at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach. She was 91.
She was born on Jan. 21, 1909, in Wynnewood, Pa., the daughter of Mary Forbes Fay Burke and the Rev. Andrew S. Burke. She was the granddaughter of Col. Alfred Forbes Fay of Boston, and the niece of Monsignor Sigourney W. Fay of Philadelphia.
Mrs. Biddle was a member of the Bath and Tennis Club and the Everglades Club, as well as the Colony Club of New York City, and the Merion Cricket Club and Acorn Club, both of Philadelphia. She also was a member of the Colonial Dames of America and the Daughters of the Cincinnati.
She is survived by her only son, Warwick Fay Neville of Pinehurst, N.C.; four grandchildren, Suzanne N. Warren of Newport, R.I., George R. Neville of Minneapolis, Caroline N. Freney of San Francisco, and Hope V. Neville of Fort Lauderdale, and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mrs. Biddle will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at The Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, with the Rev. Ralph R. Warren Jr. officiating. Further services and interment will be held privately in Pennsylvania.
