Husband of the late Ethel Hayworth who died in 2000.
SURVIVORS: Survived by Two Sons: Lewis P. (Marian) Jones of Lady Lake, Florida and Allynn F. (Shirley) Hayworth, Jr. of West Chester, PA; One Daughter: Lynda M. (Stanley) Jones of Panama City, Florida; Grandfather of Bradley, Matthew, Stephen Hayworth, and David, Mark and Robert Jones, and Dianna Franklin; Also great-grandfather of Ten.
SERVICE INFORMATION: Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at The Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte#352) & Knowlton Roads, Middletown Twp., Media, PA where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Interment Chester Rural Cemetery.
