Notes for Anna Mae MALIN

Anna Mae Swanenburg, 96, a retired self-employed registered nurse, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at Landis Homes in Lititz.
She was born July 7, 1913, in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Randall D. and Elizabeth (Lehman) Malin.
She was the widow of the Rev. Mark Swanenburg, former pastor of Frazer Mennonite Church, who died in August 1979. Rev. and Mrs. Swanenburg formerly lived in Frazer for many years.
Anna Mae was a member of Frazer Mennonite Church and a 1935 graduate of the Chester County Hospital School of Nursing.
She is survived by her son Paul M., married to Sandra Swanenburg of Finksburg, Md.; four grandchildren; and three sisters, Lillian Matthews of Clear Springs, Md., Myrtle Matthews of Florence, S.C., and Virginia Matthews of Lititz.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Swanenburg II.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m. at Bethany West Chapel of Landis Homes, 1001 E. Oregon Road, Lititz.
Burial will be in the Frazer Mennonite Cemetery on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 11 a.m.
