Notes for Ethelbert Abraham LOBB

Ethelbert A. Lobb
After an illness of over two years, Ethelbert A. Lobb passed away at his home in Berwyn, on Friday morning, in the 75th year of his age. He had long been a well known resident of the Main Line section, and as a carpenter had done much work in that section.
During the Civil War he served in the army and later became a member of the G.A.R. He also held membership in the Odd Fellows, Knights of the Golden Eagle, the Red Men, Ladies of the Golden Eagle and Berwyn Fire Company. He attended the Presbyterian Church.
Besides his wife, three sons, and two daughters, all of whom are married, survive: Mrs. Bertha Young, Berwyn; Fred, Wissahickon; Frank, Millville, N.J.; Elbert, Philadelphia, and Helen, who lives in California.
