Hargraves of Lloyd Harbor, L.I., was married yesterday to Felipe Macia Urrea, a son of Joaquin Macia Ordonez and Angela Urrea de Macia of Santafe de Bogota, Colombia. The Rev. Churchill G. Pinder performed the ceremony at St. John's Episcopal Church in Cold Spring Harbor, L.I.
The bride, 28, is studying for a degree in restoration at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and received a diploma in decorative arts from the University of Glasgow. Her father, who retired as a vice president at Manufacturers Hanover Trust in New York, is now the deputy director of development at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Her mother, Margaret M. Hargraves, is a vice president at the Daniel Gale Agency, a real estate brokerage in Cold Spring Harbor.
The bridegroom, 29, is an assistant treasurer in New York with the Latin American group of Societe Generale, the French bank. He graduated from the University of Vermont and received a master's degree in international affairs and Latin American studies from the University of Pittsburgh. The bridegroom's father, who was the general manager of Avianca Airlines in New York, is now an airline consultant based in Bogota. He was also the ambassador from Colombia to the International Civil Aviation Organization, a United Nations agency.

Elizabeth Lewis Hargraves and David Mandy were married yesterday at St. John's Church in Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y. The Rev. David F. Sellery, an Episcopal priest, performed the ceremony.
Mrs. Mandy, 39, owns an antique-restoration business in Long Island City, Queens. She graduated with two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees, one in studio arts from the University of Colorado and one in restoration from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
She is a daughter of Margaret M. Hargraves and Gordon S. Hargraves of Lloyd Harbor, N.Y. Her father, who retired as a vice president of the private banking group of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York, is the president of the board of the St. Johnland Nursing Center in Kings Park, N.Y. Her mother is a real estate broker in the Cold Spring Harbor office of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.
Mr. Mandy, 48, founded O&M Partners, a company in New York that does investor-relations consulting for businesses in the natural resources field. He graduated from Ithaca College and received a master's degree in English literature from New York University.
He is a son of Janet S. Mandy and John J. Mandy of New Paltz, N.Y. His father is retired as a founder and president of United Apple Sales, a fruit brokerage, distribution and processing company there.
The bride's first marriage ended in divorce, as did the bridegroom's.
