Alexander F. Forbes Jr., 80, of Stuart, died Oct. 28, 2008, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce.
He was born in Ridgefield Park, N.J., and was a resident of Stuart for 14 years, coming from Gulf Breeze.
He is survived by his wife Carol; two sons, Alexander and Mark; two daughters, Michele and Linda; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild
He was preceded in death by a son, Guy.
