Packard III of Washington, DC and Parker W. Packard of Ardmore, PA; 1 brother William J. Clothier II of Valley Forge, PA; 1 sister Caroline C. Killefer of San Francisco, CA; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Burial will be private according to her wishes. Funeral arrangements are by DEVLIN-RISNIS-KEPP FUNERAL HOME INC., at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Phoenixville Hospital, PO Box 809, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
