Notes for Laura V. PLUMLEY

Laura V. (Plumley) Horvath, 88, wife of the late Julius L. "Reds" Horvath, of Collegeville and formerly of Phoenixville, died early Monday morning, November 3, 2008.

Born in Phoenixville, she was the daughter of the late William and Bertha (Trout) Plumley.

She was a member of St. Eleanor Catholic Church, Collegeville.

Surviving are three grandchildren, Michelle Zawada of Frederick, Michael Powers of Reading, and Susan Byrd of London, England; five great-grandchildren, Nicole Zawada, Chelsea Zawada, Austin Powers, Isis Byrd, and Theo Byrd; and two sisters, Pearl Hrivnak of Spring City, and Peggy Slavinski of Phoenixville.

She was preceded in death by daughter and son, Joanne Powers and Joseph Horvath; and brothers and sisters, Bill, Russell, George Plumley, Alice Ingram, and Marguerite Gordon.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at St. Eleanor Catholic Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426, on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick.

Relatives and friends may call at the church on Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Eleanor Catholic Church.

Arrangements are by the Devlin-Rosmos-Kepp Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville.
