Notes for William Henry WETHERILL
William was the owner of Wetherill & Brother, White Lead Works. He was the Clerk of the Free Quaker Society. Living at 38th & Walnut Sts in Philadelphia, he memorialized his children in wall frescos which he designed, illustrating Wadsworth's poem "We Are Seven". He was a member of Union League & St. Mary's Church to which he provided memorials & endowments.
