MORDECAI LINCOLN, b. 14th June, 1657, in Hingham, Mass.; d. after 3d Nov. 1727 (the date of his will). Was an ironworker and owned large mills. Removed to Freehold, Monmouth Co., N. J. m. (firstly) in Hull, Sarah JONES, dau. of Abraham and Sarah (WHITMAN) JONES, who was the dau. of Ensign John WHITMAN, of Weymouth; m. (secondly) (wife's name unknown).
