To brother Samuel Walker, cousin William Blakey, Jr., and brother-in-law Thomas Hutchinson in trust, for daughters Elizabeth, property in Phila, granted to Michael Murray, property in Phila. purchased of Robert Coltman, property formerly estate of John Fairpoux, property purchased of Daniel Burnett, of John Brown, exec. of George Michael Goodman, dec'd. Property in Burlington purchased of Jesse Thomas and others, assignees of Smith and Jones, now rented to Lemuel Howell for a Tavern, other property in Burlington purchased of George West, of Miriam Cochell and of Anna Redman, dec'd, at death of said daughter Elizabeth, to her children. Legacy to sister Sarah Paxson and to her children. To nephew Joseph W. Paxson, son of said sister Sarah Paxson, property in Burlington, purchased of widow of John Lar Zelere. To Mahlon Paxson, husband of sister Sarah. Bond given by said Mahlon Paxson to William Blakey, Jr., &c. Annuity to sister Nancy C. Hutchinson.
