Also what shall fall to me at the death of my mother. She paying the following legacies. To two daughters Anna and Susanna Powell Ł100 each when of age or married. Reversion of real estate to brother Joseph Powell. Bequeaths Kate Pullen to wife to serve her time. To Richard Clayton Ł5 and Ł5 towards building a house for the minister of Chester. To brother Joseph Ł5 also executor with wife Sarah.
