Notes for Twila Merle PENNOCK

Twila M. Becker, 86, of Minerva, passed away Wednesday, September 12th, 2007 at Aultman Hospital with her family at her side. She had been a resident at Oakhill Manor Care Center for the past four years. Twila was born in Minerva, OH on December 23, 1920, the daughter of the late Earl J. and Fern (Custer) Pennock. She worked as a seamstress at G.H. Hess Garment Factory in Louisville, and was a member of Maximo Zion Church and the Minerva Classic Travelers. Twila is survived by a son, Jay Becker of Minerva; a daughter, Judy (Gene) Campbell of Carrollton; half-brother, Stanley (Karen) Pennock of Minerva; granddaughter, Beverly (Rob) McClure; grandson, John (Jennifer) Campbell; great granddaughters, Ashley and Morgan Campbell all of Carrollton. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Bernard Becker, in 1994, her parents, her stepmother, Ethel Lee, and her twin sister Lila Starkey. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.
