Notes for Malinda WEBB
The last will and testament of Malinda Webb. of East Marlborough, Chester County. I Matilda (sic) Webb, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following. That is, to say: First: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon after my decease is convenient to be done. I give and bequeath to John Pyle my gold watch in trust, for his daughter Amy M Pyle or her heirs to be delivered to her at the age of twenty one years or sooner if thought proper to do so, I give and bequeath my trunk to Mary Crosson daughter of Anthony J Crosson or to her her heirs. I give and bequeath to my two sisters Sarah Crosson, and Elizabeth Fulton or their heirs all my wearing apparrell (sic) to be equally divided between them, I direct my executor to have suitable head and foot stones placed at the graves of myself and mother, after paying all debts and expences (sic). I give and bequeath to my son Jones Webb all the ballance (sic) of my personal property and ready mony (sic) whatsoever and wheresoever found. And as to my real estate situate in Unionville adjoining John Swayne and others, I give and bequeathe to my son Jones Webb to have and to hold during his natural life, and at his death should he have no child or children to survive him to heir the same. Then, and in that case I direct my executor to make sale of my real estate.
