To son Samuel tract of land where he dwells in Radnor containing about 60 acres, he paying to executors £23-10. To son Edward remainder of land I live upon when 21, subject to provision for wife Bridget during life and paying to each of his sisters £10 and to his brother John £30. To daughter Mary by my first wife 5 shillings. Letters to son, wife deceased. Executors: Wife Bridget and son Edward. Kinsman Evan Evans and son Samuel, trustee.
