To son Thomas, fulling mill and 9 3/4 acres in Darby, 50 acres adjoining in Blockley when certain debts are paid. To son Abraham 20 shillings, having already provided for him. To son John a brick house and lott in Newport, New Castle County, also 10 acres of marsh and other lotts. To 4 daughters Johanna, Martha, Mary and Susanna £30 each at 21. Names daughters Sarah and Margaret ""already married,"" refers to ""former wife."" To daughters in law Hannah and Rachel Shenton 20 shillings each. Executors: Brother-in-law Lewis Thomas and friends Thomas and Isaac Pearson.
