May 8, 1808: Mar 17, 1811.
To son Joseph a part of my plantation with the tanyard, &c., as described, containing 50 acres, he paying to his sister Sarah £70, and to his sister Hannah £110, and £4 per annum to support son John: Also to said son ""all the Physical drugs and Books treating on physick and Chirugery, "" &c.
To son Ireneus remainder of land in Pennsbury, described, containing 130 acres, subject to certain privileges to his sisters Celia and Anna Matilda while unmarried, and £300 to each to them; also £10 per annum toward support of son John.
Provides for support of son John.
To daughter Celia £140, &c. To daughter Anna Matilda £100, &c.
To daughter Sarah Gilpin £50. To daughter Hannah £140, &c.
To daughter Lydia Fagan £40. To the six children of daughter Ann, viz. Samuel, Lydia, Peirce, Asaph, Jairus and Ann, £10 each, in the hands of their father Israel Hollingsworth, as their Guardian.
To granddaughter Hannah Clayton £20 at 18. To the son of son Thomas, deceased, $1. Remainder divided among 6 children, Celia, Anna Matilda, Joseph, Sarah, Hannah and Ireneus.
Executors: Son Joseph Peirce, brother-in-law John Marshall and John Parker.
