"Whereas Daniel Pyle son of Robert Pyle of Beathell, in the county of Chester, yeoman, and Mary
Chamberlin dau. of Robert Chamberlin of Concord in the county of aforesaid, having declared their
intentions of taking each other in marriage before several public meetings of the people called
Quakers in Chichester and Concord according to the good order used amongst them... full
accomplishing of their said intentions this 14th day of the 3rd month in the year according to the
English account 1717...
