Pyle, Nicholas. Concord. February 24, 1733/4. April 4, 1734. A.410. Provides for wife Sarah including use of real estate until eldest son James is 20, said son to be apprenticed to Peter Hatton and youngest son Philip to my brother in law Nicholas Newlins care until he is 20. Real estate not disposed of, daughters are not named. Executors: brother Saml. Pyle and Peter Hatton, Uncle Ralph Pyle and Henry Pierce, trustees.
