Provides for wife Elizabeth including 2 tracts of land during life also plantation now in tenure of Robert Caldwell to contain 250 acres absolutely. To eldest son Jonathan the part of my land on north side of Darby road containing about 300 acres. To youngest son Joseph, the plantation where I now dwell in Springfield containing 300 acres. To daughter Elizabeth Bartram 150 acres of land in Marple. Remainder of land to Jonathan. Executrix: wife Elizabeth. Cousin Bartholomew Coppock and Kinsman Mordecai Lewis, trustees. Witnesses: Thos. Taylor, Thomas Shipley, Ellin Lewis. Mentions land in tenure of John Earl and Wm. McAfee.
