Notes for Floyd Caleb PENNOCK

Floyd was born in 1893. He attended Lovell Schools. When he was old enough he took care of the pool hall in the daytime. When night came, his father would close the blacksmith shop and go to the pool hall. A pool hall at night was too much for a young man to handle.
Floyd became interested in Real Estate and Insurance. He continued in the Insurance business when the family moved to Guthrie. Floyd, Earl and Edward began and Insurance and Real Estate business in Guthrie with an office at the corner of Division and Oklahoma Street, above the First State Bank.
